Samuel Gonzalez Navarro is the founder of SGN Innovations, IB Shields, and Rhythms. With over 32 years of experience in engineering, he currently works as a Senior Utility Coordinator. Sam has a background in Theology and Mechanical Engineering, and has owned several businesses in sound, lighting, and event production. He is also a skilled percussionist and social dancer, having performed across the US and Puerto Rico. Passionate about community, music, and event planning, Sam combines his diverse skills to create innovative solutions.

Sequeira is a skilled software engineer and mobile app developer with over 18 years of programming experience. He is the founder of Xcode Builders Inc and currently serves as the director developer and co-founder at Sng Innovations LLC and Rhythms LLC. Sequeira has led numerous development teams across more than seven countries in Latin America and the United States. His extensive expertise and leadership continue to drive innovation and excellence in every project he leads.
